Shipping & Handling Policy

During the COVID-19 pandemic, please expect longer shipping turnaround than usual. All orders may see an estimated additional 1-2 business days between payment and printing/shipping. If you have any questions pertaining to your order, please email support@urbanplanninglife.com with your name, order number, and question. We appreciate your support and patience during this time.

Currently Urban Planning Life (UPL) only ships within the United States. We process all orders from Arizona. There are three options available for shipping: first-class mail, which takes anywhere between three to eight business days, priority mail, which takes two to four business days, and priority mail express, which takes one to two business days. note that our goal for customer service is to under-promise and over-deliver. Orders are typically processed and picked up for delivery within 1-2 business days.

Packages are shipped via USPS. As soon as your shipment is in the hands of a postal carrier, we are no longer in control. The USPS does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must contact the UPL support prior to the time the order is shipped. You will receive a full refund. (Please do not send messages through Instagram as that potentially will delay the process and result in shipment of the order.)
